What counts as an API request?
Every call to our REST API counts as one request. This includes searches, entity lookups, and list operations. Cached responses on your end don't count against your quota.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges.
What happens if I exceed my request limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. If you exceed it, API calls will return a 429 status code until your quota resets at midnight UTC or you upgrade.
Is there a commitment or contract?
No long-term commitment required. All plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime. Cancel anytime.
